Smoothie 1 – Turmeric with Pineapple and Ginger

  • Combine 2-inch piece of fresh ginger root, 1 ½ inches fresh turmeric root, 1 large cucumber, 2 medium carrots and 2 cups of pineapple chunks in the blender
  • Blend the ingredients for few minutes
  • Pour the smoothie into a large glass and drink it
  • Drink this smoothie every day for 3 weeks to prevent arthritis pain and swelling joints

Smoothie 2 – Pineapple with Beetroot and Lemon

  • Cut a medium size beetroot, pineapple, and cucumber into pieces
  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender
  • Blend the juice and pour into a glass with ice
  • Consume this smoothie 3 times a week

Smoothie 3 – Green Smoothie

  • Brew 1 cup of green tea
  • Combine ¼ cup of spinach leaves, ½ of pineapple chunks, ½ green apple and 1 kiwi in a blender
  • Blend it for 1 minute then add the 1 cup freshly brewed green tea, 1 tablespoon pumpkin seed, parsley and 1 teaspoon of ACV
  • Blend it again for 2 minutes
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass with ice
  • You can drink this green smoothie during breakfast to relief from the pain

Smoothie 4 – Kiwi with Kale and Mango

  • Combine 2 peeled kiwi, 2 cups kale, 1 mango 1 orange and 5 oz. of water in a blender
  • Run the blender for 2 minutes and transfer the smoothie into a glass
  • Drink this smoothie every morning for 2 weeks to get rid of the pain

Smoothie 5 – Strawberry with Guava and Banana

  • Blend 1 cup of strawberries, 1 cup of guava (remove the seed), 2 frozen banana
  • Blend it for 1 minute and add 4 cups of chopped spinach
  • Run the blender again and gradually add 5 ounces of cold water
  • Transfer this delicious smoothie into a tall glass and drink it during breakfast
  • You can also use cantaloupe, mangoes, and celery for this smoothie

Smoothie 6 – Parsley with Coconut Oil and Strawberries

  • Combine 1 carrot, 1 celery stalk, 1 cup of strawberries, 5 branches of parsley, ½ fresh ginger and ½ cup of pineapple in a juicer
  • Run the juicer for 2 minutes before adding 1 tablespoon of organic coconut oil and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • Blend it for 1 minute and add ½ cup of almond milk
  • Run the juicer again for 2 minutes before transferring it to a glass with ice

Drink these drinks every day for 2 weeks to reduce inflammation.
