  • 3 cups apple cider vinegar (ACV)

  • 1/4 cup minced garlic

  • 2 tbsp grated horseradish
  • 2 tbsp turmeric powder or 2 turmeric roots, chopped

**Use disposable gloves. Avoid your face when handling these dynamites.

Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients except the ACV. Next, transfer to a mason jar up to 2/3 full with dry ingredients and add the vinegar. Situate the jar in a place with room temperature for 2 weeks then shake multiple times in a day. Two weeks later, sift and drain the content into another clean jar. The finished product is your health tonic. Dispose or recycle your bio-waste.

Instruction:

Gargle with 1 tbsp. of the mix daily to get rid of a cold speedily and enhance your immune system. Little by little, add more until it equates to a whiskey glass size. Should you have the bad flu or other stronger infection, do at least 5-6 times a day gargling of 1 tbsp of the medicine. Keep a slice of a citrus fruit on your side to counter the taste of the tonic.
