Remedy 1: Coconut Oil

  • Rinse your hand and wash the eczema affected area using warm water

  • In a circular motion slowly massage the area where you put the coconut oil
  • Repeat the process 4 times a day to get rid of eczema

Remedy 5: Chamomile Tea

  • Brew 1 tablespoon of dried chamomile leaves into 1 cup of boiling water
  • Allow to boil for 15 minutes before straining the tea
  • Using a soft piece of cloth dip, it to the brewed tea

  • Leave it for 15 minutes before rinsing it using cold water

Remedy 6: Diet Plan

  • Include fish that is rich omega-3 fatty acid like salmon, sardines and tuna to your diet menu
  • Avoid including food like cheese, soft drinks, oily and spicy food on your diet because it might trigger the migraine
  • Apples, cucumber, carrots, grapes are food rich in vitamins and mineral should be on the menu to prevent eczema
  • Always drink plenty of water and keep your body and ski hydrated.
